Eduopus offers an Android application for your institute, to make your app available on Google Play Store and be downloadable by anyone, you have to create a Google Developer Account.
To create Google Developer Account you have to pay a one-time registration fee of $25, paid once with registration, then you will be able to upload unlimited app to your Google Play account including Eduopus Android app.

1. Go to the Google Play Developer Console at https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup
2. Read and agree to the Google Play Developer distribution agreement.
3. Pay the registration fee for your account.
4. Fill out your Google Play Developer Profile.
Do remember that it can take up to 48 hours for your registration to be fully processed.
